Tag Profile
Tag Profiles is a pre-requisites configuration for document upload. You must create tag profile for the library, before start uploading documents. While upload documents, You must select tag profile of the library. The library should have at least one tag profile before upload document to the library. You can create multiple tag profiles for one library with different security levels and different permission scopes. system identify the document permission and security level through the tag profiles which you have selected while uploading. Therefore, you must create tag profiles before start uploading documents to new library.
Follow below mention steps to navigate to the page.
Choose the library first and hover the mouse on the settings icon. Select Library Settings. Expand Enadoc Capture Settings menu item and choose Tag Profiles.
Choose document storage location from the dropdown menu. You have default storage Enadoc Storage Location. Select ‘Create New’ from the Tag Profile dropdown menu. Enter a name for the tag profile.
Security Level - Select ‘Security Level’ from the dropdown menu). All documents which are uploaded to this tag profile will be assigned to this security level.
Document Permission - Select ‘Document Permissions’ from the list. By default, there are two documents permission types as list view and all permission.
Default Index Values - Enter default values for indexes. Already created indexes are displayed in the ‘Default Index Values’. These index values will be preferred than default values created at the ‘Document indexes.

Edit and remove a tag profile - Select the tag profile from the ‘Tag Profile’ dropdown menu. Do the necessary changes and click on ‘Save’ button to apply changes. You can remove tag profile. You cannot remove a tag profile after uploading documents to that profile.
