How to Create Redaction Template
You can use redaction to redact a part of document which are not allowed to view by end user who below than given security level. Here you’re able to define redaction templates. These templates can be used in document viewer and My workspace.
Follow below mention steps to navigate to the page.
Choose the library first and hover the mouse on the settings icon. Select Library Settings. Expand Enadoc Capture Settings menu item and choose Redaction Template.
Create redaction templates

Select ‘Add New’ from the ‘Select Template’ dropdown. Enter a proper name for the template. Browse a sample document. Select area from the document, select security level and then click on ‘Add’ button. You can select areas in different pages as you required. Added redaction list will display with the security level and the page number. Saved templates are displayed in ‘Add Redaction’ function when uploading and viewing documents. Reset option is available to clear all the selected redactions.
Edit templates - You can edit templates by selecting a template from the dropdown list. When user selects a template, the sample document will be displayed with added redactions. You can add more redaction areas to the template and user can remove added areas from the template.
