Manage Users

Enadoc keeps library level permission categories such as library related configurations, tag profiles, indexes, document permission and viewer mode permission. You can manage these permissions to each library separately as you wish. Hence you keep user groups and users globally, you are required to manage their library level permission separately.

How to Manage user group permission for selected library

Follow below mention steps to navigate to the page.

Choose the library first and hover the mouse on the settings icon. Select Library Settings. Next choose User Group Rights

Here you can assign permission for user groups. User group rights will always apply for its users. Select user group from the ‘Existing User Group’ dropdown menu. ‘User Groups’ will be displayed according to the access level.

Tag Profile Accessibility - Select profiles from the ‘Tag Profile Accessibility’ list. Already created profiles are displayed in the list.

Index Accessibility - Select indexes from the ‘Index Accessibility’ list. Already created indexes are displayed in the list.

Document Permission - Select Document Permission from the ‘All document permissions’ list box and move into ‘Selected Document Permissions’ list box by clicking arrow keys. It is mandatory to select at least one document permissions for a user group if available.

Accessible Viewer Modes - Select ‘Accessible Viewer Modes’ as List view/Thumbnail View/ Large view.

User Group Privileges - Select functions that can be done on documents from the ‘User Group Privileges’ list. Users will be able to access only selected functions.

Note: If you applied Multi User Authorization for the page of user group rights, it’s required authorization when you click on save button.

How to manage User Rights

Follow below mention steps to navigate to the page.

Choose the library first and hover the mouse on the settings icon. Select Library Settings. Next choose User Rights

You can define library level user rights for each user individually. You can select user from the dropdown and can define index accessibility and user scope accessibility.

Select user from the ‘Select User’ dropdown menu. Select indexes from the ‘Index Accessibility’ list. Already created indexes are displayed in the list. Select user scopes from the ‘User Scope’ list. Already created user scopes are displayed in the list.
