What is Enadoc sign

Enadoc facilitates to get signature from list of approvers. You can initiate signing process at the moment which start transfer document to library in Workspace and can request signature for already uploaded document.

How to Request Signature from My Workspace

You can execute signing process through My workspace. Request document to be signed off before it getting upload to Enadoc. Once signing process completed, document will be uploaded to Enadoc. First tag document with reference values and then choose Enadoc sign tab. You will see the list of users who are eligible for sign documents. Select the required signatory/ signatories. Transfer your document to start signing process. At the end of signing process, document will be uploaded to Enadoc.

An email notification will be sent to prompt the responder and then can directly access Enadoc sign Dashboard. Rather than email notifications, signatory will receive Enadoc notifications as when you sign in to Enadoc you can click on bell icon and view the notification panel. Notification panel display the summary of notifications you received. Click on the notification to navigate to the dashboard. If you add multiple signatories, the emails are sending respectively according to the order of signatories. If one of the signatories are rejected, then loop becomes end and inform requester about rejection via email and Enadoc notification.

How to Add Your Signature

You can add signature in document viewer. Select the signature image and drag the signature upon the document and place it where it should be. If you do not have already uploaded signature, then you can upload new signature through Enadoc My profile or via your mobile.

You can add the current date after sign document

You can put your signature and date in multiple places or pages and click on Done button to save the signature.

Once you close the document viewer, you will be navigated to signature dashboard and can see the status of signing as ‘Approved’.

Add signature via Mobile

Follow below step to add signature via your mobile.

Select ‘sign in Mobile’ tab. Next QR code will be displayed. Point out your mobile QR scanner and scan the QR here. Next you will get an url link, click the link and navigate to the Enadoc sign on mobile web app.

Draw your signature in signing panel as below. You can select pen color and adjust pen size also.

Apply signature on the document. Once it done, you will receive success message. You can apply signature again (may be your short signature in another place). Note that once you re-apply signature, it replace the previous signature.

You can view your signature in the signature panel. Drag and drop the signature and save .

How to Send Document for signature through document viewer

User can send the already uploaded document for signature here. You can see Send for signature option in viewer once you select Enadoc Sign icon. You can view list of signatories and can add them as signatories and request for sign.

Secure your signing process with Enadoc Sign OTP

You can enable one time passcode for Enadoc sign process. This is called as Enadoc Sign OTP which required to authenticate the signatories when they going to sign documents.

You can navigate to Enadoc sign settings page via global settings menu and enable Enadoc sign OTP.

When signatory going to sign documents through Enadoc Sign dashboard, then system ask for the verification code. Signatory will receive the system generated verification code via email. Enter the verification code to verify your identity for Enadoc sign. This verification code is valid for the current session only.

If signatory is unable to enter correct verification code in three times, then new verification code will be received again. If signatory is able to enter correct verification code, then system allow to continue for signing.

Secure Documents with Digital Sealing

After complete signing process with the signatures of all required signatories, Enadoc digitally sealed the document to certify the validity of originality. When you open the signed documents, system display digitally certified message. You are not allowed to perform any of the advanced functions which make damage to the validity of digitally certified document.

When you open the exported copy of digitally certified document, you can view as below with the details of certificates. Digital sealing make sure that document has not been modified since it was certified and ensure the validity of signer's identity.

Signature Dashboard

Signature dashboard display details of all the Enadoc sign request.

You can navigate to the dashboard, by selecting general settings icon/Gear icon , selecting sign request notification and sign request email.

Note: If you added as the responder, you will get the notification via email and then click on email link and navigate to the dashboard. If you are the initiator, then you will receive the email after completing signing process and you can click on the email link to navigate to the dashboard. Inside the Enadoc also you can see the notification bell icon and you can click on bell icon to navigate to the dashboard. You can navigate to the dashboard by following above mentioned steps.

There are two main items in your signature dashboard.

  1. Inbox – all the requests which are waiting for your approval

  2. Request by me – The requests made by the user (logged in user is the requester)

  3. Signed by me – requests made by others (logged in user is the signatory)

Inbox

The inbox consists of the pending request for your signature. You can view the details of the request and click on signing icon to navigate to the document viewer to sign the document.

If there are predecessor signatories, then you can see the predecessor levels here.

Request by me

Here you can see the document signing request made by you. You can see the status of signing requests as PENDING, APPROVED and REJECTED. Once you sent the signing request, it will be marked as PENDING, and once the responder/s respond your request, it will be automatically updated as APPROVED or REJECTED based on the respond. If there are multiple respondents, you can see who has approved and To whom it is still pending.

Signed by me

Here you can see the request items which approved or rejected by yourself. After you respond for the PENDING items in Inbox, then items will be listed down under the Signed by me. You can see the history of approved or rejected request by yourself.
