Multi User Authorization
Multi user authorization can be applied to a configuration settings item in Global settings. Once it applied, system required to be authorized by the assigned people in the profile in order to perform its functionality.
Multi User Authorization, available under System Settings in Global Settings, which can be set up for the entire system.
Creating Multi User Authorization for Global settings

Select ‘Add new’ option from the dropdown list. Enter a proper name for the profile.
Assign User Groups - Assign user groups or users who should authorize to perform the function. (Office 365 users are not available in the list.)
Select Authorizers - Select minimum number of users who should enter their credentials to perform the function. You should assign at least 2 people for a profile.
Activate the profile to execute multi user authorization.
Modify/deactivate and remove a profile
Select the profile name, which you want to modify or deactivate. Do the modifications and save changes. Authorization profile deactivation and remove options are available.
Assign authorization Profile - Select Global Settings menus from the list. Assign an authorization profile for selected menus by selecting from the dropdown list and save.
This will affect when user tries to perform selected menu functions and popup panel will be displayed by requesting multiple authorizations. User cannot perform that function without required authorizations.
