How to Configure Capture Settings

Capture Settings, available in Global Settings, which can be set up for the entire system.

Users who have access to ‘Capture Profiles’ from User Groups can create Capture profiles.

Created capture profiles can be accessed by anyone when capturing documents.

Enter a name to your Capture profile. Select the required settings

• Color (Greyscale/ Color/Black & White)

• Resolution (100DPI/ 150DPI/ 200DPI/300DPI)

• Paper size (A4/A5/Legal)

• Type (JPEG/TIFF/PDF)

You can define the default capture profile by enabling ‘Set as default’ option. This will be automatically enabled for the first Capture Profile until you define another profile as the default.

Edit and Remove Capture Profile - Select the capture profile name, and modify changes. Remove option is available for capture profiles.
