How to Create Library

Start to organize your documents with libraries. Create library before start capturing and uploading documents, and then store documents in library.

Library Configurations, available in Global Settings, which can be set up for the entire system.

When you click on General settings icon, you will see Global settings. You can select Global Settings. At the top of the global Settings Menu, you can see Library Configurations. Select the menu item and view the inside of the page.

When create new library, give proper name for your library. Choose library color from color panel. Document tags which appear in tag cloud takes the color of library and it makes easy for you to pick up documents of the specific library. To make the library as an active library, tick on the checkbox. Active libraries are only displayed at the left side of the page. Save the library and you can see it has been added to the list of libraries.
