Enadoc user types are subjected to licensing privileges. Therefore, Enadoc user groups are still available in Enadoc and it is subjected to all Enadoc user permission. Due to that each user should belong to one user type and one or more user groups.
Note for Concern : If user belongs to admin user type and administrator user group, they are unable to capture and upload documents because capture and upload permission will not be applicable more for administrator user group. In this case, you can create a separate user group which has capture and upload permission and assign user to that group. By default, Enadoc make available this default capture and upload user group to first user. Therefore, first user can perform Enadoc functions without worrying about create new capture and upload user groups.
