How to Create Multi User Authorization Profiles for Library Settings
Multi user authorization can be applied to a configuration settings item in library settings. Once it applied, system required to be authorized by the assigned people in the profile in order to perform its functionality.

Select ‘Add New’ from the ‘Multi User Authorization Profiles’ dropdown menu. Give a proper name for the profile.
Assign User Groups/Users - Select users /user groups from the ‘Assign User groups/Users’ list, that who should authenticate the function in order to perform the function. (Office 365 users are not available in the list.). Select minimum no of users from the selected list who should enter their credentials to perform the function. Activate authorization profile.
Modify/Deactivate and Remove Profile
Select the profile name, which you want to modify or deactivate.
Do the modifications and click on ‘Save’ button to apply changes.
Deselect the ‘Active’ checkbox to deactivate the selected profile and click on ‘Save’ button.
Click on ‘Remove’ button to remove the selected profile.
How to Assign Multi User Authorization Profiles for Library Settings

Select menus and functions from the lists. Assign authorization profile for each by selecting from the dropdown list. This will affect when user tries to perform selected menu’s functions and popup panel will be displayed by requesting multiple authorizations. User cannot perform that function without authorization.
