Manage Workflow

This feature allows Enadoc users to grant permissions for several Enadoc functions by creating automated workflows while enhancing security of the system.

Follow below mention steps to navigate to the page.

Choose the library first and hover the mouse on the settings icon. Select Library Settings. Next choose Workflow Management.

You can create workflow rule to grant permission for upload, print, download and downgrade security level of a document. According to the rule criteria, it will automatically initiate workflow and notified assigned approvers. Requester will be notified approved/rejected status of the request. If the approver approved the request, requester will be able to do the requested function.

The functions which could be granted permission through workflow.

• Document upload

• Document download

• Document downgrade

• Document print
