Document Permission

You can control access permissions of documents using Document Permission. This can be applied when creating Tag profiles. ‘List view only’ class is default available permission which has least permission. You can create different permission classes up to all permission.

Follow below mention steps to navigate to the page.

Choose the library first and hover the mouse on the settings icon. Select Library Settings. Next choose Document Permission.

Select ‘--Add New--‘from the ‘Document Permissions ‘dropdown menu. Enter a proper Name for the document permission.

Viewer Mode - Select ‘Viewer Mode’ from the list. (List/ Thumbnail/ Large) According to the selected viewer mode user can view the documents.

Permission - Select permission for emailing, printing, re indexing, downloading, add flags, add comments, add redactions, and add/edit user tags, Enadoc Sign, Annotation. Those functions are available only for large viewer mode.

Enter a description about the document permission and select ‘Active’ checkbox to keep document permission in active state.

Editing a document permission - Select a document permission and do necessary changes. You can deactivate document permission by deselecting the Active checkbox.

You cannot edit ‘List View Only
