What is a library

libraries stands to store various types of documents separately. Library, a licensing feature, make sure to ensure you have licenses to create libraries. Libraries should be in active status to store documents. If existing libraries are no more in use, keep it in the state of 'Inactive'.

What is indexing

The document you upload to Enadoc, at least should consists of one reference tag. Indexes, create inside the library, with the purpose of tagging the reference of the document while uploading.

What is the Tag Cloud

Tag cloud, display the tags added to the documents in Enadoc. Tag cloud consists of library tags, reference tags, user tags and flags.

What is a capture profile

Enadoc Capture profile stands for 'capture settings' which can be settings up for entire system. You can modify the default capture profile and create new capture profiles. Created capture profiles are accessible by anyone when capture documents. Capture settings contains of name, color, resolution, paper size and document type
