How to Upload Documents

Follow below mentioned steps as pre-requisites, before you upload document to Enadoc library.

Create library: First create library/s to store various types of documents separately. Create indexes under each library to insert document meta data while upload documents.

Create document permission: Document accessibility is managed by document permission.

Create tag profiles: Tag Profiles are required to upload document to the library. While upload documents, you must select a specific tag profile. One library can have multiple tag profiles with different security levels and different permission scopes. System identify document permission and security level of the document throughout tag profile.

You can upload documents to library through Enadoc web application, API integrated Enadoc apps and Enadoc integrated desktop solutions called Enadoc connect, MFP connect, Kofax connect.

From where the place you upload documents, you must follow the same process.

First, select a tag profile which you need to upload document. Then you can see required document indexes which called as reference tags in upload process. Document uploading cannot be proceed without fill reference values for mandatory indexes. You can tag documents with flag and user tags where it necessary but not mandatory.

Make sure to view the document upload summary before you upload document. Then you can transfer document to Enadoc library.
