How to create a library
Start organizing your documents with libraries. Create library before start capture and upload documents, and then store documents in library.
Library Configurations, available in Enadoc Global Settings, which can be set up for the entire system.
When you click on General settings icon, you will see Global settings. You can select Global Settings. At the top of the global Settings Menu, you can see Library Configurations. Select the menu item and view the inside of the page.
Create new library with proper name. Choose library color from color panel. Document tags which appear in tag cloud takes the given color for library and it makes easy for you to pick up documents of the specific library. To activate the library, tick on the checkbox. Save library and you can see it has been added to the list of libraries which displayed in left side of the panel.
