Document Viewer
You can view the document through Enadoc document viewer panel. After click on the search results, then you will be navigated to the viewer panel to view documents. Here you can perform several functions on the document called them as basic functions and advanced functions. Below is the basic view of document viewer panel.

According to the document permission and the user permissions you will be able to see the icons to do the functions on documents.
You can ‘zoom in’ and ‘zoom out’ the document using zoom bar at the right side of the panel
At the top of right side in the panel, you can see the Number of pages and the current page number. You can navigate page one by one using arrow keys or you can easily move to a required page by entering the page number and pressing ‘enter’ on the keyboard.
Enadoc document viewer supports standard file formats including PDF/A, TIFF, PNG, JPG, PEG, GIFF, Bitmap, DICOM (view with data) and Word (.docx).
Basic functions are unavailable for Word documents and they are not supported to print.
After adding redaction and watermark, DICOM images will be attached in emails and downloaded as JPEG files.

Document version button will be enable when document versions are available when ever you performed edit document, change document and Enadoc sing functions.
‘Find’ button will be available for PDF files if you have already enabled the ‘text search within document’ in Full text search settings.

Download Document

You can download document Selecting ‘Download document’. ‘Download Indexes’ option facilitates to download indexes. You can select index download format here. If you select delimiter and qualifier as [,] and [“] respectively. Index values will be downloaded in a text file as below.
Example: "Name", "Document Type", "Date"
Add to Document Permission

You can assign document permissions to a selected document. Available documents permissions are displayed in the pop-up panel. Select necessary checkboxes and click on ‘Save’ button.
Print

Popup panel allows user to select preferable criteria before printing as indicate below.
Select the preferred Printer from the dropdown list. All the connected printers will be listed.
User able to select Color/Paper size and paper orientation
User able to give the paper margins as required
User able to print current page/All the pages or customize range to print
User clicks on “Print” button to get printed the selected document
Send Via Email

You can email document by giving receivers mail address, senders mail address, subject as a usual mail panel. You can send full document, current page or any of the selected page/s. You can share the document as a link and keep message to receiver.
Flags

You can see predefined flags such as ‘Document should be deleted’ / ‘Do not delete’. You can add new flags by clicking ‘Add New’ button.

All added flags will be displayed in the list of flags. You can select flag/s and add them to document where necessary.
Add Comments:

You can add comments on documents. Comment length should be maximum 250 characters.
View Comments & Flags:
All comments and flags added to the document could be seen by click on view comments and flags icon.

Details display as who added the comment/flag, date and time, added comment/flag.
Change Document

You can change the selected document. Choose a file and replace the current document. Once you select a document, you can see the document which you are going to replace with the existing one.

After selecting a preferred document, click on ‘Replace’ button to replace the document and save with the new one.
Change document possibilities and its impact.
Remove all the DICOM tags (remove only the DICOM tags) and generate DICOM tags of the new image if the DICOM setting is enabled.
When changing a DICOM image with Normal document: Remove all the DICOM tags (remove only the DICOM tags)
When changing a normal document with DICOM image: Remain all the existing user tags and generate DICOM tags if the DICOM setting is enabled.
When changing a normal document with another normal document: Remain all the user tags without any change.
If any other document is referred with any DICOM tag, it will not be removed but remove the reference of the DICOM tag with the changed document. Remain all the existing flags of the document without any change.
Add Redaction

Apply Redaction’ panel will appear at the left side of the viewer panel. You can apply redaction to the document. First select a security level for the redaction area. Then select the area that you want to hide in the document and click on ‘Add’ button.
You can add several areas and all selected areas are displayed in the list with page number and the security level. You can preview the redaction by clicking on each in the list. Or you can select predefined redaction template from the dropdown.
Click on ‘Done’ button to save added redactions. If you need to deselect the selected redactions click on ‘Reset’ button.
You can exit from the ‘Apply Redaction’ panel by clicking on the ‘Back’ button.
DICOM Tags
This function is available for all DICOM images. You can see all the DICOM tags of the image after scroll here. This will help you to see all the image properties.

User Tags

Display all the user tags of the library
All the added user tags to the document will be selected in the tag cloud and display in the ‘selected user tags’ list.
You can remove added tags from the document by deselecting from the tag cloud or removing from the list.
Added user tags can be edited as you required.
You can add new user tags to the document. Enter text and click on ‘ADD’ button to add new user tag to the document.
Bookmark

You can bookmark PDF documents page wise after viewing document at document viewer. Bookmark enables for every user.
When you click on ‘View Bookmark’ option, Bookmark panel appears. For the first time you will see empty list with ‘No bookmarks available’ message. After adding bookmarks for pages, it will list down here.
You can click on ‘Bookmark on this page’ icon and add bookmark into a particular page. The color of this icon will be changed according to actions such as when page is not bookmarked yet, its filled with grey color and when its active, it color changes into light blue. Once you added a bookmark it will add into bookmarks list automatically.

Once you added bookmarks into pages, it will list in the bookmark panel. When you click on an added one from the list, related page will appear in the document viewer panel.
You can click on ‘Edit’ icon to provide preferred name for a bookmark. By default, name appears as Bookmark 1, Bookmark 2 etc. Page number is visible in added bookmarks.
Click on ‘Delete’ icon to remove any added bookmarks.
Click on ‘Cancel’ to clear changes and stop saving performed modifications. You can exit from the panel after click on ‘Close’ icon.
Edit Document
This option is available in Advanced at document viewer. You can edit document after viewing. 1. Click on ‘Edit Document’ icon to edit document.
Once you clicked on ‘Edit Document’ option, you will get Document edit mode pop-up message. At this time your document is already moved into My Workspace for editing purposes. This document has different color code (Blue color) to identify them among other documents in My Workspace. Also, these documents are not going through a Tag/Redact process since they are already uploaded documents in Enadoc. So, you can save them directly after editing. When you save document, it will save with a version history and you can view it with versioning feature.

Click ‘here’ to navigate to My Workspace continue editing the document. At My Workspace, you can edit this document by Organizing/Combining/Splitting document itself or with other documents which are available in My Workspace.
If you click on ‘Okay’ button, you will be remaining at the document viewer and pop up message will be closed.
After you clicked on ‘Edit Document’ option at the document viewer, the icon will be changed into disable mode. It will not be active until you edit and save the document at My Workspace.
Annotations
Annotations are enabled at the document viewer in Enadoc. This is a default feature at document viewer among Advanced features. You can add annotations into documents as vector graphics and stamps.

In the document viewer, click on ‘Annotations’ icon to appear panel with vector graphics and stamps.
List of vector graphics such as underline, text highlight, draw rectangle, draw circle
Underline: Click on ‘Underline’ icon and underline any texts in viewed document. You can see underlined text afterwards.
Highlight: Click on ‘Highlight’ icon and highlight texts in the document
Rectangle: Click on ‘Rectangle’ icon to draw rectangle on any texts in the document
Circle: Click on ‘Circle’ to draw any circle on the document
Available stamps that can be added into documents such as Approved and Denied. Along with stamps logged user name and the date information will be displayed.
Approved: Click on ‘Approved’ stamp and drag and drop wherever you want to apply into document.
Denied: Click on ‘Denied’ stamp and drag and drop onto the document where you need to place them.
List of buttons which require to perform those annotations.
Back: When you click on ‘back’ button after applying annotations, it will navigate to the default stage where you begin. You won’t be seen the annotations panel here.
Reset: After applying annotations, you can reset all applied ones before or after saving them.
Delete: You can select applied annotations and remove them by deleting.
Done: After applying annotations, click on ‘Done’ button to apply them into document and save.
Select: You can select any annotation and deselect them by click on select icon again if any annotation is already selected.
Document Versioning
Enadoc facilitates users to view their document versioning. Document versioning consider change document and document edit options during keeping versioning records. This feature includes in document viewer under Advance and Basic categories.

Document versioning icon appear when there are any versioning records for a particular document. Click on ‘Document Versioning’ icon to view versioning history.

This the pop-up panel appear after click on ‘Document versioning’ icon. As versioning history, it displays details such as version, the person who edited document and the edited date & time.
Select a desire versioning history from the list and click on ‘Set Default’ button to make selected document as the default document for the document.
Click on ‘Cancel’ to revert perform changes
Re-indexing
You can perform re-indexing in the document viewer panel.

Click on ‘More’ button to view additional information of the document such as security level, added user, added date and the file size.
Click on ‘Edit’ button to edit indexes.

Index values will be displayed in an editable mode. You can edit index values and security level of the document.
Click on ‘save’ button to apply changes.
