How to Transfer Documents to Enadoc Library from My Workspace

Upload your file from local drive before start uploading. You can directly upload scanned documents by using production grade scanner. You can keep multiple documents in workspace until you upload them to library.

When you click on the document, you can see document preview in Workspace. Click on Tag/Redact button to proceed with the tagging process. Then you will see all the tag profile panel and system display tag profiles as your accessibility according to given permission. Then you can select a tag profile and proceed to add tags.

Select a Tag Profile from the Tag profile panel. Details of the selected tag profile will be displayed after selecting the tag profile. Click on Select button to proceed.

Add document reference tags is compulsory before upload document.

You can see tag adding panel here. Reference tag adding panel display all the Index captions of the selected library. User can select required reference tags from the tag list. Selected tags are listed in the below of the tag list. Mandatory fields are selected by default. Enter values for reference tags, which will help you to search documents. It is mandatory to enter values for mandatory fields. You can change index values when viewing documents.

If the tag fusing is enabled for any index, then the entered values will be viewed as a single tag in the tag cloud.

If you have configured a Data Lookup for this library, you can just start typing on key index. Available values in the database will be listed while you are typing. Select a value and press Enter to retrieve values for other mapped indexes.

You can filter drop down values by entering require search terms. It will filter and display related results and you can easily pick and save appropriately.

In addition of reference tags, Enadoc facilitates to add user tags, flags as document tags. By adding them to document as your necessity, will help to find document in tag cloud easily.

How to Add User Tags for Documents

You can enable user tags which again facilitates to search documents in tag cloud. Already created user tags of the library are displayed in the selection panel. You can select already created user tags or can create new user tags and the added tags are displayed in the list below. You can deselect tags to remove from the list.

You can enable flags which again facilitates to search documents in tag cloud. Already created flags of the library are displayed in the selection panel. You can select already created flags or can create new flags and the added flags are displayed in the list below. You can deselect flags to remove from the list.

How to Apply Redaction for Document

If you need to add redactions to the document, select redaction panel, before uploading the document. Before start uploading process, you can hide certain areas of the documents which areas to be shown when different users access the document. Redaction is available only for PDF/A, image (JPG/TIFF, bitmap, PNG), DICOM files. Redaction cannot be applied after zooming out documents.

Select an area from the document and select security level from the pane and apply redaction to the certain area. You can select predefined redaction template from the dropdown. Selected redactions will be displayed in the Added Redaction list. Once apply redaction by clicking Done button, You can view the redacted areas in black color. Clear added redactions by clicking Reset button.

If you need to see the summary of tag profile and tags, choose summary tab. You will see the summary of document.
