How to Combine documents in Workspace
You can combine few documents together and transfer to Enadoc as a single document. Click on Combine button to enable the combining mode. Select the documents which need to be combined by clicking on the check boxes. When selecting a document, it will indicate a number on the document. Documents will be combined according to that order. Save the combined documents as a new document by giving new name. Process cancellation option is also available.
How to organize the document
You can organize the pages of multi-page documents by clicking on Organize button. Organize mode will only be visible after you select any multi-page document in My Workspace. When you choose organize mode, then document will get a view of separated pages. You can drag pages where you want to place them and save the changes.
How to Split the document
You can make a new document by selecting the few pages from original multipage document. Use ‘Split’ option which is available within ‘Organize’ mode. You can split the pages of multi-page documents by clicking on Split button. Select the pages which need to split for a new document and click on Create icon to create a new document. Give proper name for the new document and save the document. You can see both original document and new document appear in workspace.
