Enadoc Apps
Enadoc facilitates to use multiple apps for upload purpose and offer specific app to view watermark.

There are three Enadoc Apps that you can use to upload documents to Enadoc easily. You can download the apps from here and install them in your machine.
Enadoc Connect

Enadoc Connect is a very useful tool to upload multiple files at once. You can upload multiple documents into Enadoc using Enadoc Connect after browsing through files or text files. But the Enadoc users who doesn’t have permission for “Capture and Upload Document” cannot use Enadoc Connect.
Click on ‘Download’ button to download the Enadoc Connect. Then install it on your machine (‘Enadoc Connect’ installation wizard will guide you for a successful installation) After the installation, there will be a shortcut icon on your desktop. Double click on that icon to log into the Enadoc Connect. Enter the URL of the Enadoc system which is going to connect with the Enadoc Connect and click on ‘Connect’ button.
Enter username and password to log into Enadoc Connect using the Enadoc account or click on Office 365 icon to login using Office 365 account.

You cannot access the ‘Enadoc Connect’ and Enadoc system at the same time using same user account.
Select a tag profile from the dropdown menu. Select upload option as Files/Text Files. Browse through files or through text files.
You can view browsed files in the panel. Use arrow keys to move documents up and down with in the list and click on ‘cancel’ icon to remove selected document from the list. Enter index values next.
Select ‘Use same index values for all documents’ checkbox to use same index values to upload all documents. If you do not select this, you should enter index values for each document and should upload them one by one. You can add redaction for the browsed documents. Select ‘Enable Redaction’ checkbox.

Then you can see the ‘Redaction Details’ panel as display in the above figure. First you should select a document from the list and security level from the list for the redaction area. Once you select the area it will be blacked out and add the page number and security level to the list.

You can review added redactions by selecting the required row from the list and clicking the ‘Preview’ button. Remove added redaction option is available.

If you select upload option as ‘Text Files’
Select Upload type,
‘Single text file’ option to upload a single text file
‘Text file bulk’ option to upload text file bulk at once
Select ‘Upload Index only’ checkbox to upload only index values. Select Format according to the selected text file.
Ex: - "SeqNo":"Name":"RegDate":"DoB" According o the above example,
Qualifier – Select Double Quotes from the Qualifier dropdown list.
None

Delimiter – Select Colon from the Delimiter dropdown list
Space
Semicolon
Colon
Comma
Tab
Vertical Bar
Date Format – Select the date format as used in the index values.
Column Name in first data row - Select the checkbox when the column names are mentioned in the first data row.
If there is any dropdown index in the library user should provide exactly same value for the index as in the reference values.
After browsing the text files, indexes and the document path will be displayed in the “Index values from the Text Files”. You cannot edit it. Indexes of the library are displayed in the ‘Indexes of the Library’ list. You can change its order using arrow keys. ‘Index values from the text files’ list and ‘Indexes of the library’ list should be in the same order. Click on ‘Upload’ button to upload documents through text files.
Enadoc - Kofax Connect
To configure the Enadoc-Kofax integration, user should save Kofax DLL file in the correct location. Kofax DLL can be downloaded by clicking on the download icon. A zip file will be downloaded along with a readme file which contains the location.
Copy the EnadocIntegration.dll file to <path that you installed Kofax>\Kofax\Kofax
Express\bin\Export Connectors
Example: C:\Program Files (x86) \Kofax\Kofax Express\bin\Export Connectors
After copying the DLL file, user can configure the Enadoc integration form from the Kofax application.
To configure the Enadoc integration form from the Kofax application, users need to satisfy the below options in Kofax applications.
Select a job that you want to release data to Enadoc. Select database release connector from the connector list. Configure Enadoc release script.
First, the user should enter the connect URL of Enadoc site.

After successfully connecting to the site, Enadoc login page will be displayed to the user. Successfully logged users will be redirected to the Enadoc Integration page.

Enadoc Integration panel is displayed as follows,
Connected URL will be displayed here, if you want to change the connect URL click ‘Change URL’. Select the ‘Image Release Type’. Select a ‘Tag Profile’ which you want to upload documents. Display the library of the selected tag profile. Map indexes of the library with the indexes of the selected Kofax job.
Enadoc MFP Connect
You can use MFP connect to sync scanned documents through your MFP (Multi –Functional Peripherals) and upload to ‘My Workspace’.
Enadoc users who doesn’t have permission for ‘Capture and Upload Document’ from user group functions cannot upload documents to My workspace through MFP Connect.
Click on ‘Download’ button in the Enadoc apps to download the MFP Connect. Then install it on your machine (‘MFP Connect’ installation wizard will guide you for a successful installation)
After the successful installation, app will be opened automatically and display the following Login to connect with the MFP Connect.


Enter username, password and click on ‘Sign In’ button to log in to the MFP Connect using your Enadoc account. If you are logging with Office 365 account by clicking on Office 365 icon, you will get Office 365 login page to enter your credentials.
After logging to the app, you will be able to set up your user folder. You can browse and select your user folder where the documents are stored after scanning through MFP. After selecting the path click on ‘Save’ button to proceed.

After saving the settings you will notify that the status changes to ‘Syncing’ & ‘Synced’. MFP connect is an online app which is always fetch documents from the user folder. Status of the app will display in the task bar with the icon of Synced/Syncing/Offline/Error/Pause![]()
Right click on the task bar icon, you will see the below options:

Go to Enadoc- you can access the connected Enadoc site easily.
Pause Syncing – Pauses the syncing process and changes the status in to ‘Start Syncing’
Settings – You can go to the Settings page and change the settings. But before changing the settings you should pause syncing.
Sign out – You can Sign out from your account. You will see the login page again. Exit – Exit from the app. You can double click on the app icon in the desktop to restart the app.
Enadoc Watermark Viewer
User can apply invisible watermark to documents in Enadoc and those settings can see under watermark settings. Using Enadoc Watermark viewer tool, user can view applied invisible watermark details. Click on download button in Apps & Services on Enadoc watermark viewer and install it on your device. (Enadoc watermark viewer installation wizard will guide you for a successful installation.)
After opened the application, you can browse and provide proper location where invisible watermark applied documents saved to view applied watermark details.

Browse and select a document to retrieve watermark details of selected document.
