Appearance, available under My Settings which can be set up on for the users own account

Select the date format from the drop-down list (MM/DD/YYYY, YYYY.MM.DD, DD/MM/YYYY, DD.MM.YYYY, MM-DD-YYYY, YYYY/MM/DD). Selected date format will apply throughout the system. Mark the checkbox if you wish to enable new document viewer.
